A storage facility is built under a contract the owner signs with the builder. Every request sent from these pages goes to Suburban Buildings, LLC of Boerne, Texas, which holds a signed agreement with us. If a request that began here becomes one of those contracts, that builder owes Compass Camper LLC a referral fee set as a percentage of the contract price. Compass Camper LLC does not sign your contract and never sends you a bill.
Because the only payment comes when a project signs, sending one request to several companies would gain us nothing, so it goes to that one builder. Your details are not sold to lead lists or passed to anyone else. The builder can turn a request down, and whether to take a project is always theirs to decide. This site does not rank, review or screen builders. The single document on file from this one, a general liability insurance certificate, is summarized on the operator and builder page with its carrier, limits and expiry, alongside a list of papers worth asking any builder for.
The guides are free to read and never ask for a request in return. A developer checking zoning or a use permit may be a year or more away from signing a construction contract; the guides are written for that reader.
