Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon company doing business as Compass Lead Group, runs this site.
1.0 What the form sends
Name, phone, email, the city or county the land sits in, the kind of storage project, and the timing: those six are all the form asks. The form adds this site's name, and the arrival time is stamped when the request lands. Each request is written to a database Compass runs on Cloudflare and emailed to the Compass business inbox on Google. As a web host, Cloudflare is able to record which IP address sent each request. Should this site ever list a phone number, calls to it may be recorded, and each call's originating number, date and duration kept in a log.
This site sets no analytics cookies at present. This page will say so first if that changes.
2.0 The one recipient
Suburban Buildings, LLC of Boerne, Texas, an independent builder working under a signed agreement with Compass Camper LLC, receives your request, and no other company does. Compass Camper LLC holds a copy as the record of the introduction. Cloudflare and Google, named above, only store and carry it. Your details are never offered to a lead list or handed to a third party, a request is never split among contractors, and the builder owes a fee only if you sign a contract with them.
3.0 Retention
Requests and the consent attached to them stay on file for five years or longer, in line with FCC guidance on consent records. Ask for deletion and the request comes out of our store; the consent record alone may be held back where it is the proof that a call was allowed.
4.0 Phone, email, and opting out
Contact comes only by phone or email, using what you typed on the form, and a call may be automated or prerecorded, as the consent line above the form says. This site does not send text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can end contact at any point: tell the caller, reply to any email, or write to compassleadgroup@gmail.com. We then delete your record and instruct the builder to stop contacting you.
5.0 Seeing or deleting your record
Email the address below to learn what is held about you, get a copy, or have it deleted. There is no account to log into; the reply goes to the email or phone number already on the request.
