These terms bind anyone who uses this site.
1.0 The service
Texas Self Storage Builders is a marketing and lead generation service. Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon company doing business as Compass Lead Group, runs it. Compass Camper LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform self storage construction work. Any facility gets built under a contract between you and the independent contractor you choose, and Compass Camper LLC does not sign that contract.
2.0 The development information
The pages on zoning, use permits, platting, TDLR registration, the Edwards Aquifer program, stormwater coverage, driveways, construction cost and financing are general information, each printed beside its primary source and the date that source was read. Codes get amended, agency pages move and fee schedules are revised, so check any requirement with the office that enforces it before committing money to it. Nothing here is legal, engineering, lending or investment advice, and nothing here forecasts what a facility will earn.
3.0 What a request is
Sending the form introduces you to one contractor. That is all it does: nobody is hired, the contractor is free to turn the project down, and no contract for work exists. Price, schedule, workmanship and conduct are settled between you and the contractor, and Compass Camper LLC stands behind none of them.
4.0 Liability
As far as the law permits, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, or from a contract signed with a contractor it introduced, including loss connected to the work, to delays, or to a zoning or permit ruling by any city, county or state agency. A claim is capped at what you paid to use the site, which is zero. Oregon law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Oregon.
